We have rolled up our sleeves and worked in the shop this past week to bring cycle times down on the machining of the OC head and cap.  We brought in new custom tooling to help with this process.  The results have been great!  The cycle time and the finish off of the CNC machines has been greatly improved.  This improvement on the finish from the CNC has also drastically improved our hand polishing time on the OC.  So I am pleased to tell you that there is a much smaller price gap between the OC and SB razors.  We will also be sending a refund for the difference to our clients who have already purchased the OC.
Here at Timeless Razor we want to work with the wet shaving community to provide the best razors possible.  We are confident that our improvements on the processing of these razors will benefit you as well.   We will continue to welcome your feedback, and make improvements.
Happy Shaving,
Timeless Razor

Your response is outstanding! It is great that you are responding so quickly to feedback and rewarding your early clients by refunding the difference. Awesome customer service, sir!

Timeless Razor is officially on my wish list.

I want a few more shaves under the belt prior to consolidating my feedback but what I will say is that I generally prefer OC razors. They typically work best for my beard type.

Having said that, I have always wished that someone would make a SS razor that focused on both great face feel and efficiency. The Timeless appears to be it- it is a very efficient and thoughtfully designed razor that can hold it's own and in fact likely set the bar for other OC offerings out there at the top tier.

Said it before but I'll say it again- it's a great time for the wet shaving community!

Another excellent shave this morning with mine. When I first read the blade gap I was worried about this razor being a little much for a daily driver for me but I have no problem what so ever. It's design definitely hits a sweet spot for me as I find it to shave almost as close as my ATT H2, I stay smoother maybe an hours longer with it. However I don't feel I have to worry about getting irritation with my Timeless near like I do with the H2. I am really pleased with my purchase and look forward to seeing what the future holds for Timeless Razors.

I find that the Timeless really shines with a shallow angle vs. some of the other higher end SS OC razors that [for me] favor a steeper angle as well.

Overall, I am getting super smooth shaves thus far with no irritation and it seems to reduce my necessary passes by .5 to 1 or so for similar results.

I've noticed the shallow angle as well, much more shallow than my Tradere. I have maybe 2 spots I have to touch up with it but I haven't shaved with anything that get those spots in 2 passes yet. I have even done a 3rd pass on my neck with it just to see if I would get any irritation and was surprised to find just BBS skin left behind. Do you do a full 3 passes Kevin? I go WTG/ATG on my cheeks but my neck grow in circles so it seems it's more XTG/ATG with a couple little touch up.

Hey Brett, my beard is pretty course and as a general rule I do 3x during the week. Mainly as it is my have a cup and start the day routine so I want the extra time.

What I have found on the Timeless is that after two passes on my face that there's no stubble left on the third pass.

Neck, like yours, I have swirls etc and I've been doing three passes to grab all the different directions. Normally this would leave me with what I would call a DFS shave [rather than 4 pass] but with the Timeless I am generally BBS; maybe a couple of spots not completely, 100% smooth but very close.

Thanks for the heads up! New handle is pretty slick and unique, so I caved and just put in my order for the Open Comb with the new handle...

Look forward to hearing your thoughts on it, I ordered the handle al a carte. Will see if the length of the handle changes the shave any for me. Also gonna try my Triad Ti I used this morning on it tomorrow.
