That's because:

A. chrome plating is more rust resistant than stainless steel

B. you weren't "bathing" your stainless guns in water like blades.
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

I think we have gotten too far off track and I find fault with your "A".  You have your opinion and I have mine lets leave it at that.  This is my last post regarding this issue

So, no tea stains.

I noted you tighten your razor quite hard (marks around the posts), are the blades significantly thicker/thinner than the other? I also noticed the rust marks (coffee stains) on your blades are precisely around your razor's posts, probably water droplets get caught in the cavity formed between the blade and your razor top cap; which makes me wonder if blade thickness has anything to do with it as the blade may bend down around that area (creating tiny ponds).

In any case I think I'll keep removing my blade after every shave (when possible).

P.S. I apologize in advance for my bad English, it is not my native tongue but I hope you all understand what I meant.

Why the Hell do people ask questions and then criticize objective answers? Rolleyes I'll never give you help again.

Gents, just a gentle reminder to stick to the topic at hand. Thanks in advance.

Otherwise, I never remove my blades between shaves and typically use a blade anywhere from 3-5 shaves average. The only blades I have ever had issues with re: tea stains/rust were Gillette [using various SS and chrome plated razors]. I have often wondered if it could also be related to the large wax spots that some of the suspect blades have and water retention around same.

Nonetheless, it has never been quite as bad as the images shared but I do shake and dry my razors after each shave.

I have some GSB's if someone is interested in trying...let me know.

GSBs and Feathers are my go to.

ATT S2 - GSB
ATT S1 - Feather

Never had any rust issues, but I take apart my razor and dry the entire thing along with the blade after every shave. Only takes a minute.

Gillette Silver Blue is my baseline blade. When I audition blades for a new razor I start with a GSB.
It’s my go to blade for my NEW Short Comb. The combo is a stubble assassin!

I like GSBs but I like Nacets and polsilvers better.
