I easily get a week out of a blade. Sometimes more.

These are my three favorite modern blades. All three are smooth shavers and give atleast a weeks worth of shaves per blade in my 1955 Red Tip Superspeed.

I'm using one now. I am getting irritation and cuts. I like Rapira platinum lux, Lord platinum a little better.

Irritation and/or cuts are almost always caused by:

1. poor technique

2. poor prep

2. using a razor too aggressive for your needs.

Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

GSB are one of the many Gillette blades that work well for me.

in 9 years of shaving I've never used these, but just got a tuck in my last blade order. Will try them out.

Be always found these to be good smooth blades and sharp enough. And while I’m not overly looney about glue dots I’ve had some of the worst I’ve ever seen on the GSB’s. Some to the point where a good portion of the blade edge is covered in wax. Great blade but I reach for others just because I don’t feel like fiddling around especially with a blade edge. I’ve read others say the wax melts off with hot water but that has never worked for me. I either had to physically remove the wax myself or it wasn’t going anywhere. Oh well at least we have choices. Congrats to those that use them with good success.

I've got a GSB in my Slim Adj. That has 6 shaves on it that's still giving comfortable smooth shaves. Wax dots don't bother me, great blade.

GSBs are durable, smooth and economically priced.
