World Shave Off Showdown 2 Guidelines

Okay Frank I found the list. I can send you a Blackland blackbird with whichever plate SB or OC both of you prefer. Just let me know when you need it,  and probably a Saturday to get to the post office

Sorry I was off the site for a while but yes I could definitely  use a BB for the 1st Efficient category and with the BB I prefer the SB. I'm planning on starting my first Shave Off the weekend  of  the 8th of Feb. 

I'll mark you in for the BB on the list.

I can olso send the Rockwell 6s plate #6 also if it doesn't matter that I polished the top cap and bar bar on the plate.

Saw this post after responding to the last one on the BB and yes again on the Rockwell plate 6.

I was also willing to offer-up my Rex Ambassador if needed, but looks like that is covered.  Given my preferences, I no longer (and probably won't until I stop being a daily shaver) own anything that would make it into this showdown, hahahaha.

If seeking a Nodachi, we probably could divert our passaround to you if you could recirculate in a week or so.

Having used my Paradigm 17-4 again this morning, I would add it to the “Efficient” category. Smooth, yet an extremely close shave.

Edit: Just remembered that we’re trying to limit this to readily available razors. Ignore my suggestion.

Second edit: Someone (including me) may have already mentioned this, but the Game Changer Jaws is another fine candidate for “Efficient.”

Third edit: I would also add the ATT H2 to the “Efficient” category.

Last edit: I look forward to this. Thanks, Frank! (P.S. I would move the Rocnel Elite 2019 Aggressive to the “Efficient” category. It’s not nearly as “Very Efficient” as the Timeless Bronze .78 OC, at least on my face.)

No the Paradigm would still qualify as it may be hard to find but there were enough of them made to them available. I can't believe I forgot to add it in. I have one so I won't have to ask a member to contribute one. 
I don't have the Gamechanger and the Jaws baseplate would certainly qualify. I can put it on the list in Blue to see if someone has one they want to enter into the Shave Off.

UPDATED list of razors:

So far the list below is all the razors we have commited for the Shave Off with the name of the member in Blue who's lending theirs for the Shave Off and then there's the razors with my initials next to them that are coming out of my den. Lastly the razors listed in blue that we'd like to have for the Shave Off and hoping a member can lend us theirs for the Shave Off. 

One more note: No need to send a razor right away if let's say it's in the 2nd or 3rd category as it will be a while before we get there. Also if you have a time problem with a razor you'd like to send for the 1st category but you may not be at home or on vacation so you can't ship it out right away just make me aware of it and I won't put the razors name in the blind pick box until it reaches me. I will have to have it before the beginning of the 2nd round to keep things fair. 

Also like to get the lists for at least the 1st category finalized by no later than Feb 4th because after that the list will close and we will go with the razors in the list at that time.

The gap looks huge and although it can't be officially in this Shave Off as it's a one of a kind and not available to the public to purchase. I told him I'd put it up against the winner in a Shave Off after the final round. I give him credit for designing his own razor and it should be fun to see how it stacks up to the most efficient razor out there. [/font][/font]
