They can be had, but very expensive. I know guys have said they buy a regular set and put them together to make up the gap. Relatively inexpensive, but I'm dubious as to how accurate a reading they're getting. YMMV.
Why dubious? They are designed to be stacked to determine gaps on just about anything. At least, that is my recollection from my machine shop classes. Granted, I wasn't the best student.
With what experience I've had with leaf type feeler gauges putting multiples together, when measuring such close tolerances leaves room for error IMHO.
The NIST certified would be better, but to measure a few razors one time doesn't seem cost effective to me. Thinking of how easy it is to move the edge of a DE blade, even when clamped down between base plate and top cap ... I'll just trust James knows what he's doing.

I gotcha. I have the cheap gauge and they only see my razors so there is no chance of bad edges/bending from prior incompetent deployment. I got them not to double check DuFour but to check myself. Ive generally kept my heads on the handles they were bought with but after looking at my earlier photo, it seems I may have swapped two around. With a .10mm minimum gap difference, cheap gauges are a no brainer to get right.
Also, checking gaps on BST razors is not a bad idea. I know of several that were passed along as something they weren't.
Lotsa good reasons to have a $6 set of gauges in my den. Plus, my limited skillset to use them offsets any built in tolerance issues, no? Ha!
