All good signs so hopefully an invoice is coming soon.(09-19-2019, 05:35 PM)Marcos Wrote: Received my second automated response today from filling out the Google form on the 6th but not an invoice. The first automated response was from Google forms...this one was from jdcncmachining. At least this means I’m in the que I guess but has anyone had two different types of automated responses before invoice?Well that's a good sign. Does that show where you could change any options and make a different decision than your original choices?

Submitted form. Immediately got a Google order form confirmation. I assumed this to be for my confirmation with DuFour. I confirmed. 13ish days later, got an e-mail from DuFour to confirm the order. I confirmed the order, he send in invoice. The e-mail I got from Google must have simply been a confirmation of what I just ordered and didn't need to be replied to. I confirmed anyway.
You will know you are next in the barrel if you get a request to confirm your order directly from DuFour's gmail address.

I used Polsilver, Nacet, and GSB blades, Feather is next. I was not a fan of the WR2 until I used the 1.45 gap, it is efficient enough to allow me BBS face and DFS neck with 2 passes ( when I went ATG on my neck, I did get BBS). It is a very smooth shaver even at this large of a gap, I did not find this true with the Karve. The D plate was smooth but not consistent in getting results, the E & F plates lost some of the smoothness and never gave me the results of the 1.45.
Tonight for my 6th shave I barely had much to shave so after 1 pass WTG I only needed a 2nd touchup pass with a little buffing under the nose and jawline, easy work for the WR2. I am surprised that a razor with this large of a blade gap can buff so easily. Now it’s time to do some side by sides with my collection and start clearing out the den again.
Hmmm. Wonder why the 1.45 was the first one you got along with? Just a blade feel thing, maybe? I know you've had a thing for razors cutting too close and messing up your 24hr routine. In fact, I think you sold a 1.35 for that reason. How will the 1.45 work into that equation or have you figured out a different approach to managing?
Additional Update from his site:
Scheduling is still being considered. The order form seems to be working well and email replies will start to be sent out for each order submitted. All entries (excluding multiples) should receive a reply within the next week. The reply will be titled "Automated Reply from Wolfman Razors". The delay right now is due to limits by Google for number of emails that can be sent. In a week, all entries should have a reply.
