Exactly---It is actually cheaper than the oneblade which a lot of people own. Oh well, I am done with this thread,it has gotten off tangent
because of 1 post which said the Wolfman wasn't worth $500, which might be true, but the wolfman I just ordered costs $340 and I am SURE it will be worth that to me.

Congrats on the new tool! The 86 is surprisingly smooth. Tell me how you like the handle. Also, compare it to some other razors in your stable. Please. I'm interested in your thoughts.

Thanks James--- I like the handle, which is the wh1-- It is very similar to the CG magnum handle which I also own. I prefer heavy handles and this handle is. I was really shocked at how smooth the shave was. For my first shave, I only used the SB side and I typically like OC's better. I will use the OC on Thursday. The shave itself was 2 passes plus a little buffing on my neck and it was BBS all over with ZERO irritation, even with the buffing. The other razors I have are 2 Timeless, both .095 SS OC and Ti SB, Charcoal Goods lvl 2 and 3,both SB and theBlackbird OC.Those are the razors in my current rotation and I feel the wolfie and CG lvl3 are at the top (although its only 1 shave in with the wolfie) with the Blackbird right behind by a little bit. I use the CG lvl2 and the 2 Timeless razors if I shave on consecutive days or if I had some irritation the day before.

Yeah, I was thinking we had pretty much the same gear. I like handles big and heavy, too. In fact, James stretched a WRH1 to 100mm for me. My friends who have held it like to taunt me for it's size, but I absolutely love that handle! It stays on my 94SB. At the moment, I'm leaning toward the 86 gap as my favorite. I think it cuts closer than the CG Lvl 3 and is smoother to boot. I don't generally shave everyday but I'll sometimes string 4 or 5 in a row. On those occasions it is nice to have a Lvl 2 around. It's been a while since I've used the Timeless even though I do enjoy. It's hard using that big massive head after wielding much more maneuverable heads.

Yes, I've been spoiled on James' razors. I used a Timeless for a week and didn't like that bulky head much at all.
