I still need to try this. For a cheap daily, how is it?

I picked this up just before Christmas. I was interested in a few at a higher price tag but I thought this one being unfiltered looked promising. I'm in Canada so this one is still more of a premium price at well over $50. I haven't sampled any higher Bourbon's in recent year at least but it certainly had a nice thick oily mouth feel but I may have to get back to you on the taste. I thought I was rounding the corner but I'm still dealing with Covid. I'm thankful it didn't make me seriously ill but I'm still not feeling my best and my sense of smell and taste is limited.

It's to be expected but we just don't have quite the Bourbon selection as my neighbours to the south. I remember having a bottle years ago if I recall the name Elmer T Lee which was very enjoyable.

I've always been a bourbon guy.  Can't stand Scotch, for some reason.  I'll sometimes spend some money on a premium bottle but lately I've been enjoying George Dickel. They have several flavors/recipes.  I haven't found one I don't like.

In Pennsylvania it is 20 dollars.  It only hits certain times of the year.  It is a bit sweet, but it is really good for 20 dollars.  I buy it by the case.

The bourbons I like (so you get an idea of my flavor profile) - Knob Creek 120, BT, Eagle Rare, Blantons, Bookers, Basil Hayden and Bookers.  I always keep a few bottles of this around, it is delicious...
