What soap/cream did you use today?

I had the Pearl Flexi adjustable razor in the To Sell pile ever since my second or third shave with it. Hated it. Way too harsh even at low settings.

But I had a couple nice shaves with my Overlander this week, which had also been sitting in the pile (for the opposite reason, being too mild tempered), so figured I'd give the Pearl another shot, too. Set it to 3 and kept it there. Took a look at it from the side and it told me let's ride the bar, so that's what I did, and it really delivered a great shave. Never would've thought. I'll have to give it some more trial before deciding if putting it back in the pile.
