What soap/cream did you use today?

One of my oldest, and still one of my best smelling shaving soaps, Spitfire smells of juniper and leather with a puff of tobacco thrown in. My beard stands at attention when this soap walks through the door. The lather drinks like a mule on a hot day and lays down a slick patch that any razor slides over effortlessly. But the major attraction is the scent. Oh, that smell of wood and leather. Just the thing for those days when you mean to get a lot done.

And yesterdays shave was B&M Amazelnut which I find a treat.  He calls it a seasonal but the hazelnut scent is great anytime.  He mentions no coffee scent in the mix (hazelnut, vetiver, vanilla) but I get a strong coffee note.  At any rate it’s very nice and performance is excellent.  That font on the label looks like Amaze Brut to me though but I went to school in Idaho.

Had a laugh on the Amaze Brut! I see it too.
