These Ethos offerings are the future of artisan, small batch soap making. Many soap cookers make a great base but are still using overpowering fragrance oils. There were some recent well known Christmas releases that gave me a headache.

There are great one’s even from ten years ago. Mike just released his nutty Haitian Vetiver last week for the first time in almost two years, May 2021. I had to jump on that immediately.

Great job Frank, finest in the den.

Thank you sir for the encouraging words. When it comes to scents I try to use as many natural Aromatic ingredients as possible. I’m taking a class in artisanal Natural perfumery this year with one of the greatest in the world and I was honored when I was accepted to the class. I imagine I’ll be leaning even more in the direction of using natural Aromatics as opposed to using synthetics. An I personally like them better than super strong synthetic cologne type fragrances.
I’m glad you’re enjoying them.

Just came in today. Wow, very pungent from the puck! Dark green and leathery funk. Made me think, "I can't imagine what the Salters smells like!" But upon lathering, it opens up quite a bit and even sits on a nutty base. Very enjoyable and excellent shave. Finished with some Tonka Bean splash, a nice complement (and compliment).

Lol,, exactly. But Neroli, be advised, it will go away....my puck is about 5 years old and it is basically unscented now, less that nutty tallow vibe

A super quick lather today.  I'm finding this soap is my "go to" when I don't have time for a nice long lather session.  Don't get me wrong, this soap can be used like that but when you're in a hurry, it also whips up quickly and provides great cushion/slickness
