Razor - Charcoal Goods Level 3 OC antique brass version 1 with Magnum handle
Blade - Polsilver Blue
Brush - Paladin 26”
Bowl - Captains Choice Copper
Soap - Lisa’s Natural Tobacco & Bay
Aftershave - PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum with some added Pineapple accord and some Hyaluronic acid serum.
Trying to bring a little summer on a cold winters day.. Only lasted till I walked out the door! Lol
Lisa’s Naturals to me doesn’t get the attention it deserves. Her Premium base with Sheep milk checked a lot of boxes for me in todays shave. Plus she’s a class act of a person who I like to support.
My Frankenaftershave splash worked great and smelled awesome.
Great shaves all

Been doing it for years and very gifted artistically. Some of her bath soaps are beautiful and I told her I feel like a beginner compared to her. She also makes jewelry and other artsy things. Kind, upbeat and likes to talk soap and skincare. A good soul.(01-07-2022, 08:29 AM)Dragonsbeard Wrote: SOTD - January 6th 2022Agreed! Lisa’s doesn’t get the press she deserves

HaHa! After numerous desserts being brought to our home for Holiday celebrations, I can assure you there hasn't been a speck of Cool Whip on the premises in over a week
Today was one of those "hurried" mornings. I needed a quick 2-pass shave and thought SH Sandalwood would produce a quick lather to speed up the process. Well, I was wrong. As far as the lather goes, yes, it was quick/easy and worked out great. So why was SH Sandalwood a bad choice for a hurried shave? The scent, gents, the scent! There is a strong (at least to me) lavender component to go along with the sandalwood. This results in a wonderfully "creamy" scent that is intoxicating. In other words, I did not want to stop face-lathering. Thanks a lot for making me late to my appointment dominicr! Just kidding...thanks for a wonderful addition to the den!

Cardinal Tallow Base
This Bullgoose exclusive is a take on Blenheim Bouquet: "...opens with a fresh citrus accord with lemon as the dominant player then lime. Next comes a fragrant blending of lavender and pine leading into a warm spicy base of black pepper rounded out with musk." When I use it, I pay homage to Winston Churchill and my Uncle (who gave me my name) who served as a tailgunner on a B17 in World War II (26 credited missions).
