It does have some sweetness to it and has a little bit of root beer smell to it. It's nice and pleasant but I'm not sure how much I would use it in the hotter parts of the year. After more use, I will see how else I can describe the scent.
I’m glad you said a few words about this one! I was thinking it smells like the old school Wrigley Gum in the Yellow Pack, full on sugar Juicy Fruit. I thought maybe it would really fun and strong, guess not huh?
Fun and strong….maybe not. But not that it’s a bad thing. I’m not sure how much my opinion would change on the soap if the soap scent strength was increased. After a couple uses, it’s maybe a 5 out of 10 on scent strength. I think I was hoping quite a bit for that root beer feel but it’s beyond a simple soap say with France oil to make it smell like soda. I’m actually quite happy it’s made up of different notes and like I said, it’s a bit less gourmand and has a nice balance to it. Copalli and St. Martin’s Land personally are a bit more strong and fun to me. Clown Fruit is still refined to my nose. Color me impressed even if I don’t love it now or yet.
