Morning, HoosierShave! Thanks for posting your shot of Castle Forbes cream. I'd like to try one of their creams some time. Can you tell us about the scent of this Lavender? Good and rich?

As days shorten and green starts to brown, I get excited for some scents I sort of reserve for the fall.  Declaration Groomings Darkfall is one of those scents.  It offers me the scent of pinion pine resin baking.  I grew up gathering pinion cones in the early fall.  They are about the size of a tennis ball and gooey with pitch. When we put them in a slow oven the pitch hardens, the cones open, and the nuts are accessible.  That baked pitch is the dominant scent on this one and it is glorious!

My favorite scent on this excellent discontinued cream.
