Yes, it does. For me it is the best smelling tobacco soap.

B&M - Soapmakers of Awesometown

First time using the soap. The scent is very similar to B&M Promises but with more of a floral undertone. The scent-strength held well throughout the shave. Initially, i thought I would pair it with Promises AS but it is 15 degrees outside and I really needed to have a balm. So I paired it with Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli salve
