The Hone Type 15 is a very interesting looking razor, which I have never tried. It is reputed to be very mild and very heavy, which historically has not worked well for me, hence I have never bought one. It is still a very interesting looking razor; so interesting looking that I wonder if appearance preceded function in the priorities of its design, producing an overweight minimalist form (kind of like a painting by Botero).
