If you read that thread (and believe it), there are at least 2 people saying the change already happened (maybe they are lying, but not sure why) and at least 1 saying the change isn't good (YMMV).

No speculation someone on B&B posted the newest ingredients list, no more tallow listed. Laurate has taken the place of tallow.

Thanks. I hadn't noticed that photo bc I use Tapatalk and Tapatalk won't let me see photos at B&B bc I'm not a member.
I can see the photo if I go to the B&B site though.

I just do not understand what these companies reasoning is for these changes.....vegan influencers??? There are not that many vegans out there (believe me I know, my wife is one and it is always a chore to decide on a place to eat out...). Why destroying a product that works for 60+ years??? I read the quality of the new soap formula is horrid, like the ones other companies came up with...wtf is wrong here.
Glad, there are many excellent artisan soaps (GD, DG) plus I have a good stash on old tallows, like AOS, Yardley, Penhaligon and Czech & Speake, so no need for me to test any new formulation....Sorry for the rant...

Just as here in the USA an extremely small segment of the pop. has the Press in their pocket and "green" is a part of the new fascism. Never mind that the animals are dead as they don't even want you eating them. It's insane. 

I just went to The Razor Company and bought 2 refills of the old tallow base. The still had more of the refills, jars and sticks. Just wanted to let everyone know.

My order of two refills came today from amazon....it is the new version!! On the site it had shown the old, i.e. the tallowate version, but they ship out the new one. So, back it goes....too bad, I would have liked to have a backup refill puck. But I have so many soaps that I really do not need one.

I just placed an order at the Razor Company. I called first and they confirmed over the phone they still have the Tallow version... but its going quick!
