My experience with the Supply Razor is similar to wyze0ne. It's a good/smooth shave but I really have to work the cleanup passes...and yes, it ends up being passES. But overall, it is a smooth and comfortable shave and works really well for me the day after I've used an aggressive razor like the R41 or the Blackbird.

How about in the context of this being a guys ONLY razor and daily driver?
Shave Sharp, Look Sharp

if supply is pushing to get new shavers and/or cartridge converts, then a BBS shave for them is probably far from what they're used to.

I purchased the Supply Single Edge during their second Kickstarter campaign. I learned traditional wet shaving with their razor. I decided to try DE, based on the forums. This is now my hobby (26 razors and 21 brushes, and way too many soaps, creams and aftershaves). If it were not for Supply, I would still be shaving with a Fusion! I credit Supply for my conversion. I like the Supply Single Edge. It shaves well, but I can get BBS easier with a DE. My next journey will be with straight razors. Thanks to Patrick and his vision for Supply.

I am... Only razor I own is a Timeless Ti95DC... Nothing mythical about it, I kept the razor that best shaves me and all the rest were made obsolete!!

that's exactly the point some of us were trying to make a page or two ago!

And actually, if i can ever convince my wife to try wet-shaving, I would probably suggest the Supply with the one-dot plate. As for being a daily-driver, it's just not for me. But I don't have sensitive skin and am finding I like higher gap/more aggressive razors which I can use 3-4 days in a row. Others who do have sensitive skin might find the Supply to be a nice addition to the den.(11-01-2019, 03:28 PM)HoosierShave Wrote: My experience with the Supply Razor is similar to wyze0ne. Having said that, andrewjs18 brings up a really good point...the 1st-time wetshaver likely won't be going for BBS, and may never know or care what that is. I hope Supply does well on the show and wish them the best of luck. I've never seen the show but I'm sure it can't hurt that they are getting the concept and benefits of wet-shaving introduced to millions of people...both male and female

even if they don't get a shark to buy into their business, they'll still be presenting their products to probably millions of people who watch the show. I don't normally watch the show, but I'll be setting up a recording tonight for it...
