Got the razors safe and sound from rawfox1 today. I'll give them a few shaves each and report my thoughts back here. I will say both the razors and cases look well made. Can't wait to try them out!

I shaved today with the ST razor, the less aggressive of the two. It provides a very efficient shave, but it was a little scrapey feeling with a fresh Astra blade. It wasn't uncomfortable by any stretch as I like some blade feel from my razors, just not as smooth as some others I've used. I'm going to try a different blade and see if that makes a difference. Still ended with a BBS with no irritation to speak of after my normal 2 pass plus touch up shave.

I normally shave daily so I probably won't get to test these with multiple days growth. Also, in the interest of keeping the pass around moving, I'm not going to wait for that to happen Smile

I'm not overly fond of the handle aesthetics, but the knurling is great and proved to be less awkward in use than I was expecting. The head tolerance for blade loading as well as the weight and balance are also on point. Good stuff!

wyze0ne you might try angling the handle away from your face a bit. Coming in at a different angle should reduce the "scrapy" effect.

Thanks for the advice Rod. I did play with the angle a bit today, but I also changed to a Gillette platinum and the other handle. I was a lot more mindful of my technique and ended up with the closest shave I've had in a long time. Fantastic result! It was also quite a bit smoother. This is definitely not a razor for those that don't like blade feel, but with close attention and the right technique it will reward you. I'm a lot more curious and a little apprehensive about the HA now, lol.

I'm glad it went better today. It's definitely a razor for folks with a deft touch who like to feel the blade. It's not for those who ride the safety bar. It was designed for me based on my tastes, and as such I've always known that this one would have a limited market (especially the HA). But with the increasingly crowded market, I wanted to do something unique and uniquely "me" in case we don't do them long term. I'll likely use this razor till the day I quit shaving, so mission accomplished for me one way or another.

Need to remember I’m up next on this. It might end up I don’t shave before they arrive. Lol

Here's the most recent pass around list. As per the usual pass around rules, keep the razor for about a week and send it off to the next person in line. Once you're done with the razor, please share your feedback - whether good or bad - in this thread.

Also, as requested by Rod (ezlovan), please put the razors and cases in the provided box and ship the razors off to the next person in a priority mail flat rate padded envelope ONLY!!

**Please soak/spray the entire razor in alcohol or something similar before shipping it out and upon receiving it to reduce any virus risks!**

For yesterday's shave I decided to try the HA head and it certainly lives up to it's name, "hyper aggressive". It felt like I was using a shavette to be honest lol. Those who love the feel of a naked blade will enjoy this one. The feel is similar to the R41 but a lot smoother and not as harsh feeling. I had a very close shave once again, but there wasn't much to shave off because of the previous day's BBS. I did end up with a slight bit of irritation on my neck. I'm discovering that these razors are probably not a great option for daily shaving for me. Others will find them perfectly fine for every day use.

I went back to the ST razor today. I don't think I'll use the HA again unless I could magically have a few days growth to start of with. No pic, but I used Southern Witchcrafts Gravefruit soap with my Dogwood/Declaration B9B brush and finished it off with Chatillon Lux Admiral aftershave and Zingari Rescue Potion serum. Another excellent shave!
