Hi All,

We're going to raffle off the 2nd razor from the Rex Envoy DFS passaround, a tub of razor emporium barbershop soap that was sent around with the rex envoy razor and an old seygus DE razor (red in color) I've had for a while that was used in the DFS passaround back from 2016.

Rex Envoy razor serial #: 361803

Please note that everything in this raffle was used, so there might be some blemishes as such.

This raffle will run for 3 days, Sunday - Wednesday and will close at 7:00pm EST. At 7:01pm, I'll lock the thread. Whoever has agreed to pay the most for the items listed when this thread is locked will be the winner. The winner will get everything that you see in the photos below.

I'd like to limit this raffle to USA addresses only, please.

Now for some photos...

What a pity.

I missed the Seygus Razor Aluminium at the time.

I'm not opposed to sending it to a forwarder, if one were used, but my responsibility would end once it reaches the forwarder.

Not to be a dick BUT isn’t this in reality an AUCTION?  A raffle sells lots that are then accumulated in a random generator be it analog (hat filled with folded papers) or digital (electronic number generator) to determine the winner(s).  An auction, by contrast, solicits bids (publicly or privately) until the highest bid is received or time expires.

An actual "raffle" selling a set amount of spots could probably raise more money too, or atleast be more affordable for some members. I'd be a lot more comfortable buying a $20 spot (or multiple) opposed to bidding a few hundred dollars. Regardless, it's all for a good cause!

That's probably true and we could probably use that format in the future. I have some more stuff to put up for sale in the coming weeks/months.

Not a bad idea. I'll look into going that route for the next item(s) I post up.

I have no problems bidding "big dollars" for something I really want.
I have no problems buying a $5 raffle ticket and hoping I win.
I have no problems buying a $5 raffle ticket and hoping I do not win.

I am not sure how to determine if raffle or auction will be the most profitable.  The current auction/raffle format for DFS is easy to administrate.
