Cant wait to hear about your impressions with the razor. Parthenon beat Rockwell razor by a month? a moth is a suspicious timing as of now and they are planning to ship their razors with slanted blade problems....

OK according to an email mine will be sent out next week, "Before Wednesday next week." Looks like I'll be using it next weekend. Sounds good to me. I guess the Rex will be shipped sometime around next weekend also.

Well. I guess I'll be updating on this razor, earlier than I had anticipated.
The adjustment dial 1-9 has seized on mine. Good grief! It was just before I was going to shave my head.
Oh well. I am not surprised as I wasn't expecting much for $50. However, I had thought it would last at least a year.
The handle is very well done, but the head is quite flimsy. They state it is made of brass, but it surely doesn't seem like it when you compare it to the older Gillettte TTOs.

I have emailed Q-Shave as I can't seem to find how to contact Parthenon Razor. I hope to get a full refund as I don't foresee another replacement being any better than the one I have.
Hopefully, those of you who have one will find yours in much better condition. Shy

I wonder if this will be like the ming shi that had blade alignment problems. You either got a good one or you didn't..........but that only cost me ten bucks (Mine was fine). This may be a more expensive risk/mistake. Such is life. I hope I don't get a, "Dud," but if every other one sucks ass I hope they get blasted on every shaving forum there is. I can't imagine the return process will be easy from China (go figure lol).

if they have issues with the razor then for sure they will fix but trough trial and error over time. They will get it right if something is wrong, the company has way too much experience with razors to leave inferior design on their shelves. Ming Shi along with the original Merkur have issues from time to time, its the fault of the original design and looks like Ming Shi haven't found a way to produce worry free Futur clone so neither have Merkur done the same. One bad razor out of 100 is doable and they offer either refunds or replacement
