So a brand new design and there are a few teething issues? Some may say these issues should not have happened and maybe rightly so.But were people actually not expecting some problems with the release? There have been a couple of adjustables that have had issues, some may say they should have been sorted before release as well. But at least one has sorted those problems and is now very popular some months later, and another still hasn't been fully released at all many, many months later.Six months from now I reckon this razor will be sorted so I will wait to consider purchase.Good marketing strategy, release and find the problems,refund/replace those, fix the problems over the next few months or so,and have a working product ready in time for the biggest Western shopping period of the year.

Just an update.
I received a full refund from Q Shave and they didn't ask me to return the razor or blades which was very admirable of them.
Now, I'll see if I can work on loosening the adjustment dial.

It is a shame that this incident occurred as the razor is fairly nice, for what it is and its price.

makes me wonder if the razor dial actually does loosen up and starts working properly, will your conscience do the same?

If you are implying if I will contact Q Shave and return the refund, then of course, I will.

Nice to hear that honesty is in the air, to be honest companies don't accept return of refunds but they will most likely say give us your business again. I'm curious if you will luck out to get the razor functional, if not then looks like they might have to tweak some things in the design and avoid this issue, maybe a spring with less tension force

If Q Shave sent you a refund and doesn't want the razor back then the matter is closed. If you can fix it then good for you and enjoy it.

Thanks, Jerry.
However, if I do get it to work, I will notify them and see how they want to proceed.
