Quote:I have the medium which was initially the men's razor. The mild was the women's originally. I put the Medium at tech level feel/aggression but more efficient.

Aggression is so called "efficiency". The latter is the most misused & abused term in all of shavedom. There is no such thing as efficiency. A razor either cuts to the level one wants comfortably or it doesn't. Anything else is just pseudo babble. There, I sugar coated it for you.  Tongue   Wink

No need to sugar coat it as I've heard your babbling before. It's your favorite soapbox. I'll just not respond to your questions in the future since I can't use the terms that please you.  Happy2

It’s pretty simple mild to aggressive is how it feels on your face while efficiency is how many strokes or passes it takes to get your desired result

Babbling? That's a personal insult.

As was you calling mine the same in a round about way but did none the less, and I quote " Anything else is just pseudo babble. "

Actually is called "effectiveness".

Efficiency is a real spec, given by geometry.
It is the ratio between effectiveness and comfort.
Personally, I put in this the ease too.

My best razors have great effectiveness, huge comfort, and great ease.
Looks like they're an extension of my hand.
Very efficient ones. As Henson AL13 Mild.

So I can have an easy, fast, durable BBS in full comfort.

So if I'm understanding this thread correctly, the majority of the raving is about the Medium Henson razor? As someone that does not appreciate blade feel, would I be happy with that if I use a Timeless .68 and a Yates M? Or would I be better off with the mild henson?

I honestly feel you would NOT be happy with the mild if you like the Yates. You will enjoy the Medium more. My feelings based on your preferences.
