Andrew, make sure your lather is on the thinner and slicker side as the razor might have a more difficult time with the amount of stubble/hair you have and with a thicker lather.

If you’ve got lots of hair to mow, loosen the handle a half turn for that first pass. Use the HS logo on the handle to judge the turn.

Does anyone know if Henson is planning to release the aggressive plate in aluminum? I've tried emailing them, but have not gotten a response.

Last I heard there were no plans as of yet but maybe down the road.....................may be an older post here where it was addressed
