To be honest, I'm not savvy enough to even notice much of a difference between the formulas. What I can say, is that I consider them and 2 other artisan bases to be my benchmarks.

What's the best Grooming Dept soap formula.

So, Kairos is becoming a future favorite. Can’t wait to get this one in a tub with a scent. The lather is absolutely luxurious and the protection is right up there with the best GD soaps. Post shave is almost there with the Nai base and Mo is saying that the final version will be neck and neck with Nai in post shave feel. Used one of my new Rhodium knots from Srdjan out of Australia and these are some pics from my lather build. I always do a 60 second lather build in any of my bowls but I could have stopped at 30 seconds with this stuff.

One year of use. I shave every other day and have been using this as a daily moisturizer even when I don't shave.  Awesome stuff!!

Also, I have struggled with extremely dry elbows my entire life and tried all sorts of moisturizers and lotions. Nothing worked.  I work what is left on my hands after facial application on my elbows.  Like magic, dry elbows no longer!  I am a bit nervous that this formula is no longer made.. If anyone has extras, please let me know!
