It's worth pointing out that citrus oils are very volatile... So even if you made a strong scent, they would still dissipate rapidly. Citrus can smell strong, but it won't last, unfortunately.

... and a bottle of Colbeck as well .
By the way, don't take me wrong. I REALLY like the scent of Colonia Balsamica, it is a favorite already.
And I am looking forward to ordering the "barbershop" AS. Is it going to be a powdery scent (last question, I promise)?
No worries and I tried to not make it too powdery in order to be gemerally agreeable

I have a confirmed date for the label delivery, so we will go live with the Clamorgan aftershave on November 30 at 1:00 pm Eastern.
This barbershop scent is made to be bright and citrusy on top with some herbal and musky undertones, designed to be a nice, bright barbershop scent, with notes of lemon, bigarade, petitgrain, mandarin, bergamot, oakmoss, basil, ginger, patchouli and musk.
It will be available only on ChatillonLux.com and there will be only 75 aftershaves, 40 salves and 30 toners available. As soon as the payments process through, I will get the donation on over so we can give Movember a nice chunk of change at the 11th hour!

I would say anything citrusy, especially citrus and amber or the like, would be good. Farina's 1709, Eau Sauvage EdT, MDCI Invasion Barbare, Rive Gauche are the first ones that pop into my head, however.

You had me at Christian Dior Eau Sauvage Eau de Toilette.
The Cyber Black Holiday Sale is back once again! Take 20% off everything at ChatillonLux.com Friday through Monday with the code BLK20.
And really there's not much more to say beyond that, other than I will probably be visiting family and head back home Saturday morning, but I will work through the weekend, just me and some Netflix and podcasts, in order to get as many out as quickly as possible.
Thank you all!

hawns, what about Annick Goutal Eau du Sud, if you know it? To me, it has a strong citrus in its makeup. Would that work with the Clamorgan?

I'll admit that I have yet to smell it, but based on the Fragrantica listing, it looks like even if it wasn't an exact match that there would be so many parallel notes that it would go really well regardless.
Just a reminder that Clamorgan, the LE DFS Movember barbershop scent, goes for sale at 1pm Eastern only at ChatillonLux.com
The scent is citrusy with some aldehydic sparkle, offset by the herbal qualities of basil and fresh ginger, supported by oakmoss and musky notes. It's familiar yet different and I hope you enjoy it! Most importantly, it will support a super worthy cause.
