No more Hallow's?? I finally got a set (with the preferred x ray skull) and used it for the first time the other day and fell in love with it! Sorry guy's I'll take the blame for this one. Everything I like gets discontinued Tongue

Will the edt version be discontinued also?

The last release, in 2016, was said to be the last as well. I suspect maybe it was brought back either because of demand or going out with a bang - and an EdT. It's a cash cow every season... But true to its theme - it's also a nightmare - logistically. So this end may be the real deal.

I may be wrong, but I thought in 2016, they announced that Hallows was taking off a year (effectively making room for Fougère Gothique). I don' t remember them ever definitively stating that Hallows was at its end until now. Again, I may be mis-remembering this. I'm pretty well stocked and I do like how the fragrance "ages" in the tub. However, I only have 1 EdT. I debating picking up another.

Yep, I remember all that. The whole "cursed" thing. But I don't remember him being definitive about it. More like in the heat of the moment frustration. This time, their wording leaves no room for a pardon.

He's been grousing about Hallows since the first mass release when the site had issues and crashed. In 2016 it was again a mess. No idea how this year is going, but I suspect it's as crazy as always - just look at the EdT packaging and the again re-designed artwork on the soap and aftershave.

The artwork is the same as 3 releases ago I think.

As for permanently retiring Hallows, I guess thats their prerogative, however, I'm thinking there are plenty of artisans that would love to have the problems of a Hallows. Giving buyers what they want has always been a reasonably reliable business model but there are many aspects of the shaving business that don't seem to follow conventional business reasoning. In a way, thats what keeps things interesting and unpredictable.

The progression of the labeling since its inception (2013-2016).  2015 is my favorite. (forgive my crude gif skills).
