However, I would imagine Barrister_N_Mann 's headaches would ensue with people wanting to have variations on it. I would foresee some folks wanting 2 of this and only 1 of that, etc. This might force the issue of having "levels" of membership. (Oooh, just the word will make some cringe.) And then what about production delays and unforeseen problems. Then prorated refunds, etc. Could easily be a mess for a small-ish operation to undertake. That's not to say it can't be done, and that I'd be willing to sign up!
Yeah it seems like a good idea at first but would become a mess. A year is a lot of time to change one's mind. Maybe they don't want a certain scent anymore. Or maybe they want multiples of a favorite... Lot of variables that will make this a stressful thing for Will. Seems like his current method has worked out pretty well.
Yeah, it could get messy but not necessarily. Make it open for a month only, january would be a good choice, and you can only buy all or none - you could buy all x n if you want multiples of all. Or you could just buy them as they come up. No refunds, no returns unless product is faulty as per normal policy. You would never miss a release and maybe even get a t-shirt that says "Its Not a Club"
