It's only tracking Amazon though. The lowest price ever on that one is a 3rd party seller. I've noticed with CCC that when you include 3rd party price history you get wild peaks and valleys.

The lowest and highest values on their charts can be from a single seller selling a single unit.

Wish there was a similar website tracking information for shaving gear across the whole web. Not just Amazon.

I have a few items set up with notifications on Camel Camel Camel. Very useful website. Their Chrome extension is phenomenal too.
There might be something in the works...

I think I could cut the lid off of a can of Campbell's Soup, punch the appropriate holes in it, load it into my AS-D2 and I'd get a great shave.

My favourite is the Feather blade, but I've tried Gillette Silver Blues, and Astra SP's and I get excellent results. The Astra SP's give me 90% of the comfort and closeness of the Feather's  and the price is unbeatable. And you're talking the difference between a fantastic shave, and an excellent shave.

Feather hit it out of the park when they designed the AS-D2.

It's a true privilege to own one.

The AS-D2 is an absolutely wonderful razor. It's built extremely well, with great attention to details. And it's a looker, especially with the matching stand.

That said, out of the box it's extremely mild, even with a Feather blade (which I find to work best). You really (really!) have to work to nick or irritate yourself. It's the perfect hangover razor, or one you would reach for a drama-free shave every time. I actually shimmed mine with an old blade and it preserves the mildness, yet increases efficiency quite a bit. Much improved that way, IMO.

Selling 2 of my Feathers. New in box with stand and a standalone razor only used a few times by dfoulk who wanted to test it.

These were going to be my travel razors after having machine shop convert handles to 2 pc for breakdown during travel. Changed my mind and never followed through so just keeping 1 of the 3, selling other 2

Probably going to post it tmw on all the shave forums unless somebody grabs it.

Nice shaving razor but pretty mild

I bought two AS-D2 back in 2012 and sold both again quickly.

I tried all angles known to mankind, neither of them could cut my stubble even with a 99 pass shave.

My stubble is simply too stiff for this razor. Even the very mild Henson Medium is a beast compared to this AS-D2.

I bought one shortly after I went back to wet shaving. Only used it a few times. Way too mild for me.
