The lather and performance is right up there with B&M for me and the scent is very nice. The description you posted earlier in the thread fits it to a tee. I'm not well versed in picking out individual notes yet, but it is a fresh and clean scent with floral components and some woody depth to it. My only very small "knock" would be scent strength. I like strongly scented soaps and this one is about medium. Though it could be my allergies this time of year. Either way it's in no way a deal breaker. The performance alone is enough to make up for it.

Have you tried CRSW Puro Fresco? It's been several months since I had it but this new Nuavia Pure20 reminds me of it very much. I don't know how else to describe it, but I think anyone who likes Puro Fresco would like this scent.

Interesting, thanks for sharing your review.

It's really a great soap.

Slickest soap I have tried. The scent is not offensive or cloying. It's not feminine but it's not like a overpowering masculine scent either. It's clean. I hope it's a little stronger in the full size production.

The lather builds quick and easy. I have hard water and had no issue at all getting a lot of thick creamy lather.

The post shave is a bit too rich for my complexion this time of year. I have a good idea that I'd love it in the winter months when the furnace and bitter cold conspire to make my life a dry itchy hell.

I'm looking forward to seeing the final product. Hope the scent got kicked up a half of a notch. Not a lot. Just a little bit to make the most of the pleasant combo it's got.

Marco (PannaCrema), do you use the same dry lathering method with Pure2O as you do with Niavia?

I do, because water flattens the soap qualities, to a point that with too much water all soaps seem similar.

Well done andrewjs18 for making this arrangement!

Have you tried Pure20?  If so, how does it compare to B&M Glissant?

I recently purchased the Vetiver Pure20.   I used it yesterday and I was amazed by the performance -- the slickness, protection and post shave feel were top-notch.  Only Nuavia gave me better results.   My next purchase is going to be Glissant Adagio.

I have plenty of B&M soaps, both Pure2O soaps, and Nuavia Rossa. All three formulas provide exceptional shaves and offer wonderful scents. However, I am likely not in the majority on this one. The performance of Nuavia and Pure is so close to me that it comes down to price, which Pure wins on big time. Some shaves I think Nuavia is slightly better, and then I shave with Pure and think it's better. I think I actually like the type of lather I get from Pure better, and the post shave is not much different, though maybe Nuvia has a slight edge there.

I personally like B&M better than Nuavia and Pure. However, that does not mean it is better, but for my skin and beard it seems to be. These soaps are all so close I hate to even choose, but I find myself grabbing B&M more than Nuavia or Pure. Regardless of my preference, I still highly recommend Nuavia and Pure.
