I have a 1.55 and 1.65 and love them but the 2020 Sailor S is the best razor I have EVER used!

Like bother G, I have a 1.55 and the 165. Both are outstanding razors but I agree, the 2020 Sailor is better tool. In fact, I have 1.25 to 165 and the Sailor has them all covered in the first complete turn of the dial...and then some. I like it so much, I have 2. Just know, it's big and heavy. If you can work around that, get one. If you can.

I completely concur with this as I have all gaps from 1.25-1.65 too and starting at the dot and going all the way around back to the dot covers all of these gaps. The great thing about the Sailor S is that when you go even higher past that dot, the razor is still smooth and stays smooth in to much higher gaps!

Agree! 2020 sailor is gorgeous! Higher set is very efficient and smooth! Right now I love high set for daily shave or 2-day shave.
What kind of WR2 gap is corresponding to 5 set of sailor 2020? I want to adjust my order of wolfman. Thx!

Think that when I get a titanium Sailor S when Murat makes and releases them, I would be done....unless James starts releasing titanium razors again.

Yeah Murat told me the plans are for this summer. It's gonna be the exact same as 2020 but in Ti.

Think that when I get a titanium Sailor S when Murat makes and releases them, I would be done....unless James starts releasing titanium razors again.

Yes. They have a titanium plan, but he said that they won't be able to start before the pandemic is over. Because there is disruption in the production chain.

Ive always had a beef with heavy razors...the Rocnel 2020 in Ti sounds right up my alley.

I've sold the ones I had but I can tell you there is no comparison at all.
Brushed Satin is waaaaaaay ahead for me. Well worth the uncharge.
His classiest finish that is a mix of both practical and very sexy.

PS. I actually dislike basic polish, but I have to be careful how to phrase
it or someone could get offended.
