What blade are you using in the photo?

I am using a Kai blade.

Try a different blade but that's certainly jacktup a little. Not normal at all.

With a different blade it fits perfectly. I have GSB's, plats, plats (swedes), polsilver's. All those fit like you had said with no room and perfectly. Damn, guess only Kais won't fit perfectly, they happen to be my favorite blade.

Try a couple of different Kai blades, see if you just got a dude. I've run Kai in them and not noticed anything odd.

Overall they are slightly wider, when I placed them on top of GSB's but the tab is smaller.
