Anyone get an email correspondence lately? Seems very quiet right now. Still wondering if he is going to still do drops for titanium razors or will there be a separate list from email orders of those.

Ok, that’s good to hear. I did mine last Thursday or Friday so maybe by mid October, I may get a 3rd email and invoice. I’m good for now, just wondering.

Same as Starman. Waiting for 3rd notification after 9/6 google form. Gives me more time to ponder. I have been using the time to use my Timeless 95 dc oc / scallop with a feather to see if I want to go 115 or 105. My technique has definitely improved and not reaching for the 68 ti or ss as much. I appreciate this forum and all the generous guidance offered and based on everyones evolving experience. The consensus is to go for the 115. Interesting that many moved from the 105 as a daily driver to the 115. My original goal was to get something between the 68 and 95 as my daily driver figuring I can always use a Timeless when I want a milder or more aggressive experience. I normally do wtg, Xtg and agt. The goal is a smooth non irritating efficient experience

Given that the high gaps in the wr2 are up to 155 I think James next iteration (wr3)should have a gap so large that just picking up the the razor will make ones stubble retreat on its own.

I'm from 9/6 too and received my 3rd email and invoice on 9/24 so you should be coming up soon.

I was also undecided between the 1.05 & the 1.15, so......
After much reading and deliberation I trusted to the wisdom of the coin toss,

Tails decided 1.15 sb / 1.25 oc on a DC head for me Smile

Of course a second purchase could always follow.........

Placed my Google form on the 6th Sept and received an email 21st Sept outlining details received. Nothing after that.

Then why not a DC with 1.15 and 1.05?

Good point LOOT,

The DC 105 sb 115 oc was my original thought,
After reading many helpful posts from various members throughout this thread, I decided that the 115 would be my personal priority, approx in line with BB/timeless 95 efficiency as I understand it to be.
Whichever way the coin toss landed the 115 is in the mix,
it is however in the back of my mind about comments of a slightly rough 125oc shave by comparison with the sb, I cant get past wanting a DC as my first Wr2 purchase, & after all, my thoughts are that in comparrison with a r41, Ikon tech, straight blades, I am confident I can live with the 125oc...

Well on a past drop I did exactly what you've proposed, except in reverse order. I ordered the 1.15 OC with a 1.25 SB. My thinking is that the OC is more aggressive ... efficient ... choose your terms ... so I do my beginning WTG pass with the 1.15, and follow with my ATG with the larger 1.25, but in the SB, which is said to be milder. (and seems to be for me, but the larger gap makes for the efficiency)

Looking at the Karve website he goes into some detail in expressing the same thing, the OC being more aggressive than the SB. This combination has worked out very well for me, and if I ever get that third email I'm thinking 1.45 OC 1.55 SB.
