I'm imagining the differences in  a TI 1.55 vs SS. Anyone?

Yessir, as far as I know, all the 1.55’s in the wild are Ti.
Aaah, yep , thanks.

AJ you are wild with those shims! I bust your chops about it but you may have a point. You could up the efficiency of a WR2 without buying a whole higher gap razor with a shin or two.

I also agree with you on the Paradigm Ti 1.. in the Shave Off with the WR1 .94 DC it lost in efficiency but was a bit smoother and more maneuverable in my experience when using them side by side. I think Tradere 1st Gen OC is a good match up to the .94 DC in efficiency.

My 1.35 SB is the smoothest of what I call a very efficient razor in my den
The RS 10 is the smoothest of all so I agree with Deus Vult on that one.

AJSharp love the shim idea. Very easy way to adjust the gap for most people. I have a similar device at home that I had a friend laser cut for me. It is basically a replica of a DE blade but with a smaller width, no sharp edges, and of various thickness. I use them a lot in experiments I do with my razors.

If this is the case, then the 1.45 SB should be more than enough for my needs and shaving frequency
which is between 1-3 days, never longer.

I've never really tried to buy a Wolfman (expept for the Guerilla), but now I filled the form and got the automated reply back. Here is my order right now, but that could change.

Razor Head: WR2-SB Razor Head (1.25mm Blade Gap)
Razor Head Finish: Polished (Basic/Textured)
Handle: WRH2 (90mm (Regular) Solid)
Handle Finish: Polished (Basic/Textured)

I'll keep following this excellent thread and maybe sometimes next year I get an invoice from James.

My friend pork found an old photo I had taken of the 5 handles offered in early 2018.  Pork reposted the photo across the street to help answer a question.  I thought it may be worth a rehash/refresh here too.  I hope some find it helpful.

But its always been either me dreaming, or off angle or it's the blade.
Today I popped in a new Pol Silver and everything just clicked.
Ive gotten some indifferent shaves using blades like
Super Nacet, Persona Blue, Feather,  7oclock greens.
Feather work great for some, I know.

Im hoping the Wizzies I have enroute will improve this razor even further.

Tester... Ever Try The Green Astra, in the Wolfie... it's my best Combo...

Thanks,

Placed my order via his google form. I already have a Ti WR2 1.15 SB and frankly I great very good shaves with it. I dunno - should I try another of his razors? Try a WR1 for something different? I did have a WR1 0.61 SB at one time but found it a tab mild.

Fantastic image that will help a lot of first time Wolf hunters out, like me.
Do you have a preference for one over the over when using the standard length H1 or H2?
Is one more comfy than the other?
Does the standard weight work well or do you wish they were hollowed out?
Thanks!

edit:
I see that this was Porks photo. I'll be open to comments from everyone who has tried both handles....
