I know this sounds incredulous but I often get confused as to which is the SB and OC side in my
WR1. It's only when I look at the underside of the plate that I can see the teeth clearly.

Also for someone who wants to try two specific gaps without buying two separate razors.

I only bought dual combs, in like gaps, to be able to try them both sides and decide for myself whether there was a difference in efficiency and if there was, was it worth the difference in face feel. Then, I just bought the one I liked best.

If I were going to order one in different gaps, I'd go OC on the larger gap so there would be a larger spread between the two sides...assuming the OC is more efficient...which I may argue with.

DC razors with the extra rinsing and my inability to get over my perception of uneven blade wear prevent me from owning and using them. They must be quite popular tho, I didn't have any trouble selling any i bought.

Got my SB 1.35 today and had first shave. Hard to believe but it is more efficient and smoother than 1.25. 1.35 is enough for me and now it looks like I am done with WM razors in SS. Recently got Ti version of WR1 which I can compare with the same blade gap in SS and I was more than impressed.

It's amazing how 0.10mm (which is almost invisible to the naked eye) can make a difference you can feel. No wonder it's so tempting to keep pushing
the gaps till you find the ONE.

Congrats on the new razor. Posting about new gear without a photo is a party foul!

Which WR1 Ti you get?

This is good to know. I have a 1.25 and was wondering about a 1.35. Thanks

It's weird, I actually found "the one" by going down in gap size. But it probably has to do with the fact that I have been shaving 6 out of every 7 days or so. 1.05 in Ti has become 'the one'

I alternate between 1.05 and 1.15 currently and couldn’t be more satisfied. I’ve been really impressed with the smoothness and efficiency of the WR2. My next quest is a 1.25 in polished stainless (just because) to find my boundaries with this head but it’s totally not a necessary endeavor. The 1.05 and 1.15 do the job perfectly...and comfortably.
