I believe James has said he’s not doing that anymore, what you order through the site is what you get.

That is significant news! Not doubting you one bit but can you provide some detail,
or say when he started doing this? Did someone else (or you) get knocked back in a similar situation?
Maybe he got tired of all the to and fro emailing and keeping track of sending out
additional invoices to the same person.
