Hmm, same issue like last time. Order confirmed and then canceled. TBH order was confirmed only for head polished mirror...

Only the handle left in my cart. Lost the head and the stand. He refunded me the payment. I sent him what I want hopefully he would respond

what a bummer...wonder why he refunded the payment... unless you asked him to do so. Usually, once you get an order in for any item, you can
politely request a complete razor to your specs.

I believe James has said he’s not doing that anymore, what you order through the site is what you get.

I got through with a WR2 1.25 SB (head only) in the basic polished finish. I'll have a mate for my extra handle.

That is significant news! Not doubting you one bit but can you provide some detail,
or say when he started doing this? Did someone else (or you) get knocked back in a similar situation?

Maybe he got tired of all the to and fro emailing and keeping track of sending out
additional invoices to the same person.
