May I ask when this was? I have written something to notify me upon change in page elements, and I’m curious to see if it’s working. It’s probably I set it up after the drop, though.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like setting crontab to run every 5 minutes isn’t going to cut it Sad

it does the trick for me. Hollow handle feels great....fully loaded would
have been a disaster for me. Now it's perfect

Very nice, that's my favorite WM handle.
Is that an all mirror finish?

I have a polished wr2 1.15dc. Is anyone interested in trading heads for a sb version, same gap? Or towards a ti and I'll cover the difference.

Yes it's the mirror polish.

Broke it out for a shave just now on 24 hours' growth....86 SB side, superb.....just what I wanted from my CG Level 3 plate
but didn't get.

80OC, still need to get it fully dialled in...but its smooooth.

The 74gm handle, even though hollow, feels heavy coming from a 57gm Darwin.

Gave myself some tenderness on the neck through some overzealous buffing.

I need get used to the handle weight. Also need to experiment with better blades (not super nacets).
Im thinking WR1 is a finicky fellow.

Congrats on the new razor. It will be interesting to hear your opinion on the two sides as you become more adept with it.

Expound on the L3 comment, please. I think I know exactly what you mean but would like for you to say it. If I'm correct, you will affirm my own opinion on the two.

I don't have any super Nacets so I can't comment on them, specifically. Try some different blades. I can run about any blade thru that head with no problems. There is one lone exception, but not in the 80OC or the 86SB.

Are you referring to the CG Level 3 SB or OC?

I found the .86 cuts cleaner and closer... immediately after the first stroke on the cheek, skin felt much smoother.

Level 3 SB sometimes aggravated my skin and made it feel a little bumpy..like some sort of inflammation.

I know Level 3 is held in pretty high regard so my experience in no way diminishes its capabilities. Its not you
L3, its me.

Ha! That's funny. It's not totally you tho.

I found the Copper L3SB to be a little more efficient than the 86SB but not much. I didn't have any adverse skin reaction to the L3, it was just not as smooth as the 86. Material and finish has some to do with that but there was just something about the face feel of the L3SB that never set well with me. I really tried to love it, I wanted to love it. The L2SB, on the other had, was a much better experience for me. Both are excellent razors....and in bright Copper, the CG's set is danged good looking too.

I got my shipping notification today! Looks like James should have caught up with all the orders from the last drop. I have a feeling there should be a drop soon now! Maybe tomorrow Smile all fingers on the keyboard!
