Very nice combination! Very interested to hear your impression of the .86 OC side. Congrats!

I am reviewing the wolfman razor, I usually shave every other day, I am using the OC.86 on the left side of my face and the CC.61 on the right side
I uploaded a pic of the combination I used i will try other blades as well but i have a good trust in the gillette blade I'm using today,
Usually I do 2 passes. And an extra touches here and there. The OC felt more close then the CC
A bit more aggressive, I didn't have to touch after the 2nd pass and I didn't even have ti stretchy skin will travelling up, but I liked that it glides really easy going up more then the CC, I would say that the OC.86 is the setting I like more, one thing about the handle, i prefer another rounded handle to improve the maneuvering specially around the mouth and under the nose since it's easier to move between your fingers while the hexagonal shape of the Darwin handle is a bit harder to control[Image: 095b48c66d9853c257073d8acb522a1f.jpg]

Thanks for the great review. I really like the Wolfman Darwin handle personally. The flats enable a secure grip in spite of the smooth polished surface, and it is an object of art. Different strokes for different folks.

If you had it to do over again would you opt for the same blade gaps ? Based on everything I've read I would go DC 115 OC and 125 CC. I like an aggressive razor.

It has been three weeks since the last drop. Looks like there is only a couple of drops per month and that too lasts couple of minutes.
Very difficult to acquire wolfman. Looks like only all hunters who are here, scored a rare catch! Smile

Any idea when the next drop will be?

Yes I am in love with the Darwin handle shape and engineering as well I just reflected my first impression, I might need some time to get used to it, as for the gap. Yes I would go for the 115 or the 105 if I could snag one on the next drop. I was hoping for a titanium one if available, but all in all it's a fantastic razor with the right sized head and balance,

Don't take my word for it...but if you can handle a 86OC WR1, you might like
the 1.25WR2.
