Since custom Titanium razors aren’t readily available what experience do people have using a hollowed SS handle. I know that the facial sensation of Ti is smoother but the hollowed SS handle is approximately 30 gm lighter and the difference in heads (SS vs Ti) can’t be more than 10 gm. So how does a hollowed SS Wolfman handle compared to a full-on Ti ?

I have used a hollow WRH7 to get close to the weight of Ti but when used with a WR2 SS head (33gm)
it makes the razor head heavy...I could not get used to it but some actually prefer it like that.

You either get used to it or not and it also depends which handle because a 90mm WRH3 in hollow becomes 41 gr. For me that's too light. If you order a WRH1 or WRH2 100mm in hollow you're in the low 70 gr which still brings a nice weight to the table. I personally went hollow because 92 gr for the 7 XL is too heavy for me and I did some trials with a close matching lighter weight handle at 56 gr and it worked just fine. Aluminum is the only weight I dislike personally. The Darwin handle weighs 57 gr in solid steel and most people tend to love that combo.
