Yes, they seem great and phenomenal but the man has the worse business knowledge, ever, period. I'm a CPA and auditor with many many years of experience and I can smell anything fishy or odd from 10 miles away (right now I'm involved in an investigation of a huge fraud case in a big client here in Puerto Rico). And I get a funky smell with Wolfman Razors. Truth always comes out..... copy my words and tell me in a few years If I was right or not. I know I will have 10000 people bashing me now, but thats ok. Very odd the way he "takes so much time" on each razor, which coincidentally increases the price of the razor, while no other company (artisan) is facing the same situation. Many odder things, but I will leave it at that. Again, I know most will disagree with me, just because you love Wolfman Razors. I'm not taking that away and I wished I had one myself, but that has nothing to do with shady business tactics.
I don't think anything fishy is really going on other than James undercharging for what his razors should be fetching directly from his store. I think most people who have owned a wolfman (I have not myself) have said that wolfman razors have the best finishing of any higher end razors on the market today. I'm sure that takes a good bit of time to get them to where they're at...
