I like the peach, too.
I wish Barrister & Mann, Mickey Lee Soapworks, or Dapper Dragon would come out with a pure peach scented shaving soap and not a blend. I have Mickey Lee's La Belle du Sud which shows a ripe peach on its label. I love the soap and I love the scent but it doesn't smell like peach to me. Rather, it reminds me of my late mother's homemade cinnamon and sugar cookies.

I'm a younger fella. what is Dickensons?
It is probably the best known brand of witch hazel and has been around for just shy of forever. I'm surprised you didn't see it at Wally World. My Wal-Mart has it right beside their own brand. There is nothing special about Dickenson's over Wal-Mart's or Target's generic brand, except the price. Dickenson's is much more expensive.
I hadn't noticed it. I only recall seeing Thayers and then the walmart branded witch hazel.
It's about 5 dollars a bottle here in nc. I get mine at Walmart as well. And a bottle lasts me forever. And I'm a young fella too...!

I bought the cheap brand of witch hazel from walmart and added a few drops of lavender EO (iirc) to it to help tame its scent.
I use the Stirling Soap Company witch hazel and aloe post shave balms. I love the available scents and it leaves my skin feeling nourished all day long.

Life has a melody.
I just started to discover witch hazel in it's destilled form after noticing that I more and more preferred aftershaves and balms with witch hazel (like Proraso, Speick, Nivea Sensitive).
Here in Germany where I live, sadly this stuff is quite expensive (about 4 EUR for 100ml). As someone who watches those nasty "you have to buy stuff now" YT videos I spend some (a lot) money to get Thayers (unscented alcohol free and lemon with alcohol) via a UK based vendor. Both are nice but I seem to tend to get more breakouts on my T-zone esp. my nose. Maybe because it is aloe vera and glycerin based, Thayers would be better for me in the winter or in general for people with more dry skin. At least the Thayers doesn't smell that awful ;-).
I then couldn't resist to buy Dickinson's Witch Hazel (also via UK), which is just destilled witch hazel with 14% grain alcohol as a preservative. This stuff I seem to like much more - despite the unbearable scent. It seems also very much more potent of witch hazel in comparison to the German destilled Hamamelis Water (which mostly doesn't contain alcohol), the German stuff seems to be massively watered down. It's sad that I can't get my hands on a 1.99 for a pintof witch hazel bottle, but I found an online store in the US and they seem to ship for free to Germany if you buy a dozen bottles of Dickinson's Witch Hazel which would then be around 3.50 EUR for a 16oz bottle - a joke compared to German prices.
So, at the moment I splash on Dickinson's Witch Hazel every morning after shaving and every evening after washing my face and I love it.

Yea, I think witch hazel is a great addition. I have Thayers alcohol free unscented. Sometimes if I don't want to use an alcohol based aftershave, i'll pour thayers on a cotton pad and swipe across my face which in addition to soothing the skin, may also clean up any residue left behind by very slick soaps. I then follow up with an balm.
Sometimes when i'm not shaving, after washing my face with a face wash, i'll use thayers to get a deeper clean and it really helps. I think it's wonderful for people that deal with oily or combination skin as it balances out that extra oiliness without having to fully wash your face. Something to consider if anyone suffers from oily skin.
