Saw my buddy in the same spot as last week.

I think he's the decoy for the family. There were more to my back, but further away.

That pulled pork looks delicious!  Great smoke ring and bark!  Makes the crockpot pulled pork i made earlier this week look like mashed up hot dogs

Thank you sir! It's a commitment, that is for sure. Put the shoulders on at 10:30 AM yesterday, they finished ~18 hours later around 4 or 5 AM this morning. In fact, at that point, the internal temp had been stuck at 192 for a couple hours (I had been aiming for 203), so I just took them off so I didn't risk over drying them.
