BBQ woodsmoke. Fitting, since I have been using PAA this week and just smoked two pork shoulders for pulled pork for 18 hours (and I forgot to use it this July). First time doing the pulled pork.

Saw my buddy in the same spot as last week.

Where's the rest of the colony?

I think he's the decoy for the family. There were more to my back, but further away.

That pulled pork looks delicious!  Great smoke ring and bark!  Makes the crockpot pulled pork i made earlier this week look like mashed up hot dogs

Thank you sir! It's a commitment, that is for sure. Put the shoulders on at 10:30 AM yesterday, they finished ~18 hours later around 4 or 5 AM this morning. In fact, at that point, the internal temp had been stuck at 192 for a couple hours (I had been aiming for 203), so I just took them off so I didn't risk over drying them.

Hi Sascoman  what setting do you like the Muramasa at?  I had a SS when they first came out and I only remember using 3-5.  Thinking about a Ti…

I live in 3-5 as well - love it!
Ken, me too! I used it @5 1st pass, @4 2nd pass, @3 3rd pass. Happy shaves my friend!
