Why do I use this so often, when I have so many beloved and underused soaps? Well, I love this clean natural scent. And it sits next to the sink in arms' reach, ready for any time that I don't know what I want to use or that I don't have time but need a (fantastic) shave quickly. Delivers in spades, it doesn't miss anything: lathering, scent, performance, post.

Excuse me but we will need to reject this SOTD post due to a lack of any wildlife pictures. Nice shave Happy2

I hear ya! I have hardly even been going on walks, because of a hamstring pull and, more recently, crap weather.

Speaking of wildlife and crap, does anyone know who dropped this? I assume a fox or coyote. Right next to the hot tub. Sorry if this is breaking any rules, I am not aware.

Now that was funny but I do hope you get healed up completely.

FaceScraper, if any one can pull it off, you can ... although I have to admit, you've got some competition. Rebus Knebus is dropping pucks at a rate of one per week. Marvelous work, both of you! And FaceScraper, I love the handle on your brush. Where did you come by that?
Thanks, Bouki ! No competition here...no way can I kick a puck a week. Unless...I get my hands on a brush with a 35mm knot, and still load like crazy. Big Grin
I picked this soap because it's been around for a long time, and the scent is light and fresh - perfect for this time of year. And, it's jut time to see another empty container.
The brush came from an awesome member over at The Shave Den. Back in 2019 he did a small run of seven brushes, and I was lucky enough to score one. I love the brush, and that's why it makes so many appearances in my SOTD photos.

That's what the fragrance folks call a "dumb reach" . . . one that's gonna be good and without requiring cognitive input.  Good to build a stable of go-to's, workhorses, and old faithfuls, isn't it.
