CBL Orion "Hammam Spa".  It is a non-tallow soap, sold as a creamy coap.  The soft soap comes in a jar with a friction lid.  The jar diameter is too small for brush loading, so it must be scooped out.  I use a brass sugar spoon.  The scent is very pleasant and, when paired with CBL Hammam Spa aftershave lotion, lasts most of the day.  Somewhat on the thirsty side.

Just returned from 2 months+ in SEAsia where my one and only soap was Ethos Shave MD which also served as a pre and post shave.
Worked superb and I never tired of the lemon/lime Sprite scent which was totally refreshing each morning in the hot and humid climate.
That said….it was nice to go back to my stash today…and on this warmer than normal day I went with…..Ethos Bergamot Shave Cream…

Eucris Cream (Geo. F. Trumper) oakmoss cologne
Shave 5

This scent shifts with the season. In the autumn I smell the cumin and moss, but in spring the sweet floral notes of lily of the valley and jasmine step to the fore. I admit, the first time I smelled Eucris I almost gagged. It seemed outrageously outdated with its heavy moss and spice. Now, though, I’m more than drawn to it, I’m downright addicted. Time works wonders on our noses.

By the way, the picture below shows the black bowl the Eucris hard soap came in. I ended up sending that soap to the shower, it was such a bother to lather. And I squeezed a full tube of Eucris cream into the bowl because … well, that’s obvious.
