Indeed it is, Tommy! As much as I love it, there's no way I could use it every day.

I just had a thought. Your Kush soap smells like the stoner, while Nag Champa smells like the house of the stoner when they're getting company. Sound about right?

When I first opened this jar of soap a year or so ago, the tobacco smell was really strong. Dark and bitter, it made me feel sort of queasy. Luckily, as time passed, the tobacco mellowed, and now the citrus is more noticeable. Overall, it smells much better balanced. I still wouldn't use it every day because it's too strong for that. But as a treat once a month, it's perfect.

Postscript: Just as I was about to start scraping my face, I heard the mail lady cry out my name, saying she had a package for me that had come all the way from Greece. At last the Athena had arrived in these fair islands! I stowed away the razor I had planned to use for today's shave and unwrapped the bronze goddess. What a gorgeous tool. If you're a sucker for shiny sharp things, you'll fall for this blade holder. I'm smitten, and it's not just the looks. This razor just gave me the smoothest three-pass shave I've ever had. The Athena makes all my other razors feel like Ginzu triple serrated knives. And so echoing the ancient poet, I say, "Hail to you Athena, glorious goddess, bright-eyed, inventive, unbending of heart, pure virgin, savior of shaves."

Antiga Barbearia de Bairro - Principe Real cream

I had no experience with this company before today, when I received this cream in a shipment. Very nice scent. Light, but very nicely blended citrus/woods cologne scent. Performance was very good. Probably will add an extra dab prior to third passes, going forward... It was a bit thin on the third pass today... But oftentimes, I only do 2 passes anyways. Not an issue to me, regardless. Frankly, I didn't know how much to use to start with, since it was my first use.

Happy to report: that blade I was complaining about was a completely different animal today on its second use. Very smooth and sharp. No complaints at all. Not "serrated" (scratchy) and tuggy. It is a Bic Chrome Platinum. Now, we will see about its longevity...
