Lavender will always remind me of when I got back to my roots with a single blade in an old razor. Mind you, floppy brushes aren’t for hard soap……..pish posh and folderol! I fell into the “stiff brush with puck soap” in the beginning but a beloved Jagger Silvertip that was sparse and floppy floppy showed me that even soft brushes work great on hard soaps, thus I went with the Plisson again this morning. Salter’s lavender is sublime.

Have always found soft floppy brushes to lather far easier...whether one prefers the face feel another matter.
