Felce Aromatica (Saponificio Varesino) easy green

This was Saponificio Varesino’s first shaving soap. They started off by making a modern twist on a classic scent, the fougère. They say the fragrance opens with bergamot, lemon, and tangerine, followed by some warm ginger and pepper combined with geranium, and finishing with a blend of amber, sandalwood, patchouli, and vetiver. What I actually smell is citrus and geranium chased by vetiver. There’s no lavender or oakmoss, so I can’t rightly call this a proper old-time fougère, but it’s nice, and it’s a fine way to kick off Fougère February.

Hi Bouki

I agree I ordered a brand new one about 6 months ago as I had the old one when it first came out and I gotta say I much prefer the older version scent wise but to me it is not a Fougère but more of a Fern scent. Of course it's just my take on it and to each their own opinion.
