What soap/cream did you use today?

So upset Kiehls no longer holding 50% off sales

Best I’ve seen in 2-3 years is 35% during the “Black Friday Weekend” Events.  Those 50% days are very over at Kiehl’s.  There have been a few other buy 1 get 1 promotions, but not on this litre facial fuel wash. If this facial fuel wash wasn’t such a great product I would have moved on.  I’ve been been using it on my mug for 20+ years. I go through 2 litres per year.  I like their retinol serum for night use and vitamin c serum for day before a good moisturiser.  I also use an eye cream too, started that after I turned 30 some time ago.  

Having good skin is a chore, fighting the affects of weather and aging is a chore. Figuring out what products work for your skin and why is the biggest riddle. Above all, SPF SPF SPF, I can’t say it enough

The fragrance of Mumtaz is inspired by Guerlain’s Shalimar. That classic perfume dates from 1925, but Mumtaz doesn’t smell old fashioned. In fact, it reminds me of a modern cologne like Noble Otter’s Hamami. I smell lots of citrus, a nice helping of florals, and just enough vetiver to give it some ballast. I’m not sure I enjoy Mumtaz as much as I do Grooming Dept’s darker scents, but it’s undeniably clean and soapy, and it makes for a great shave. This SE version of Kairos makes an easy lather that’s even richer than the original Kairos.
